Which cargo company do you use to ship the goods?
• We work with nearly 150 cargo companies. Please visit the Cargo Information page to view the cargo companies. Besides these, we can make a shipment with any cargo company you may wish, provided they have an agency in Turkey.
How can I track my cargo?
• After your order is delivered to the cargo company, we will inform you by phone and send you information documents through Whatsapp from which you can follow up your shipments.

Can I change the e-mail address I used for membership?

I forgot my password. What should I do?
• Click on the I Forgot My Password link below the password field, when logging in. Type your e-mail address that you have registered for the site in the window that opens and click Submit. Password renewal link will be sent to your e-mail address. You will be asked to enter the new password when you click on the link.
